For many girls the onset of puberty marks a sharp decline in school attendance, mobility and safety. One of the reasons for this high drop-out rate is the lack of sanitary protection and access to toilets. This discussion will draw on the experience and perspectives of non profits, social businesses and corporates in improving sanitation for adolescent girls in India.
