Karen Doff is a former management professional, perpetual expat, and co-parent to 38 girls. Karen's career as an organizational strategy and change management specialist with organizations such as RR Donnelley, Cisco and ADIA led her from New York to London, Paris, Hong Kong, Chennai, Abu Dhabi, and finally to Mumbai, India.
She left the corporate world and co-founded the Aasha Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, where she is currently the Executive Director. Aasha provides education, healthcare, comprehensive enrichment support, and professional development for the girls at the Sharanam Centre in Mumbai, India. Sharanam, located in Mumbai’s Dharavi slum, is a permanent residential shelter home for formerly destitute girls; Sharanam receives funding and support from Aasha.
Karen is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. She also received a master’s degree in Organizational Management from George Washington University.
