Vedika Bhandarkar has had a 25 career in the financial services industry across M&A, capital markets, private banking, structured finance, project finance and lending. Most recently, for the past four years, she was the Vice Chairman of Credit Suisse in India and headed the investment banking department and the Global Markets Solutions group. Prior to that, she worked for 12 years with J.P.Morgan and for 9 years with the ICICI group. Ms Bhandarkar has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a BSc from MS University, Udaipur. She is married with two children and is based in Mumbai. 

Dr.Balaji Utla, President, Corporate Sustainability, Piramal Enterprises Limited and CEO of Piramal Swasthya (formerly known as HMRI), is a doctorate in Management. He is the founding CEO of Piramal Swasthya Management & Research Institute. He incubated and then set up Piramal Swasthya (formerly known as HMRI) while pioneering innovative solution engineering and developing an apt Public-Private-Partnership model that has since become the industry benchmark. Piramal HMRI is today a recognized leader for innovating, use of technology and adoption of leadership/managerial best practices of corporates in the not-for-profit space. During this period, HMRI became a proud recipient of Manthan South Asia Award (2009), NASSCOM and KPMG Healthcare IT Award (2011) and several eWorld, eIndia, EdelGive and NASSCOM awards. Earlier, Dr. Balaji was the Founding CEO & Vice-Chairman of Satyam Foundation, the not-for-profit foundation of Satyam Computer Services Ltd (rechristened Tech Mahindra).
